      Please order only if you need the product. We are a small company, non-delivery of products hurts us very badly.

      DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL FROM THE COURIER COMPANY IF THE PARCEL IS OPEN.

      ALSO MAKE A VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL AND THE BOX INSIDE, WITHOUT VIDEO NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN.

      WE NEED THE VIDEO SO THAT WE CAN RAISE A COMPLAINT WITH THE COURIER COMPANY IF THERE HAS BEEN A THEFT.

      RETURN POLICY

      It is very difficult for a small business to accept returns. We do not accept returns.

      DEFECTED ITEM

      If the item that you received is defected report to us within 24 hours by sending an email to seven.stor99@gmail.com (We take 2 working days to respond), we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end.

      OPEN DELIVERY

      Open delivery of the parcel is not allowed. Kindly do not fight with the delivery boy for open delivery.

      Tempered Glass: We use double-layer packaging to make sure that the product reaches you in proper condition. For tempered glass, we do not provide replacement if you do not apply it properly. If there are bubbles during the application we are not responsible for it, it entirely depends on the application.

      WARRANTY

      We sell cases, there is no warranty or guarantee on any of the cases. The wear and tear of cases entirely depend on how you use them.

      For battery case and power bank if there is a defect report to us within 3 days we will replace it.

      No warranty on the battery case and power banks.

      REPLACEMENT POLICY

      In case the product delivered to you is defected please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

      REFUND POLICY

      We don’t have a refund policy. In case the products are out of stock we will refund the amount in your bank account within 1 to 2 working days. to view live videos and pictures of our products.

      NON- DELIVERY

      All orders are delivered within 3 days. If you have done the prepaid payment and your order is not delivered within 3 days, email us at
